Cologne Idc Card Line Terminal
The Cologne IDC clamping terminal uses phosphor bronze as the base material and undergoes a precise nickel plating process (the thickness of the plating reaches 60uinch), which not only ensures good conductivity but also greatly enhances the corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the terminal. Its unique IDC (insulation displacement connection) technology can easily achieve reliable connection of wires with a wire diameter of 0.4~0.6mm, and the plug-in and unplug life is not less than 250 times, meeting the needs of high-frequency plug-in and unplug operations. It is made of PC (polycarbonate) material injection molding, which not only has better mechanical strength and dimensional stability but also has better flame retardant properties, which can effectively prevent the spread of fire and ensure the safety of equipment and personnel. The Cologne IDC clamping terminal adopts a unique Cologne wire-punching method, which can easily achieve quick connection of wires through a special wire-punching tool. This connection method is not only simple and convenient to operate but also can ensure a close fit between the wire and the terminal, reduce contact resistance, and improve connection performance.
